Deleted scenes? Options

Was reading the DigitalSpy episode guides for next week's episodes in the UK. The one for Thursday (ep before 'season finale') reads:

"Irene contemplates her decision not to give Kane's letter to Kirsty. Much to Kane's devastation he sees Miles and Kirsty kissing all the while thinking that Kirsty has received his letter - it seems obvious to a heartbroken Kane that Kirsty has made a choice to stay with Miles. Finally, Irene takes the letter and asks a distracted Melody to make sure Kirsty receives it. But, it soon gets lost and we wonder if Kirsty will ever get it. As Miles and Kirsty prepare for the formal, Kirsty tells a staggered Miles that she loves him. All loved up, they are about to leave when Kane arrives to see Kirsty. How will Kirsty react to her husband turning up when she has just told another man she loves him?"

Now, I don't recall Kane seeing Kirsty/Miles kissing OR Irene giving Melody Kane's letter to pass on. Scenes that were also referred to in TV Week before it aired in Aus. Which suggests they were filmed, but then snipped out of the episode.
I'm a bit disappointed ithat these seem to have been left on the cutting room floor (despite the fact that the Kane/Kirsty/Miles scene could have been heartbreaking)... but guess it explains why there was so little KK in that episode (always thought it was a bit odd that Kane only showed up in the last scene for a matter of seconds)

I remember the scene where Kane sees Kirsty and Miles kissing. It's the first episode he is back after getting out of jail. He goes to the caravan park where Kirsty, Miles and Ollie are playing and Ollie sees him and they hug. In the end Kane sees Kirsty and Miles kissing. He looked heartbroken, but he could definitively not be thinking that Kirsty received the letter because at that time he hadn't been to see Irene to give her the letter to pass on to Kirsty. I think that was episode 4766.

Like you, I can not remember any scene where Irene gives Melody the letter. I think they always film more than they need for the episodes. I read once a few scenes that were deleted from the 4000th episode I think.

Ah, but this refers to Kane seeing Kirsty/Miles kissing AFTER he gives Irene the letter, whereas the Kane/Ollie one happened before he even went to see Irene.
The way it reads, he's supposed to think Kirsty has received the letter and rejected it/him
