Kane. When they open the door Kirsty is in bed. She argues with Rhys
for locking her in. Jade sees that Kirsty has obviously been out seeing
Kane and tells her she shouldn't make Rhys feel bad. K210

She then asks her if there's anyway that she could put up with Kane

his car. At the DIC Pia searches Kane's backpack - there's no money

- Pia questions Tasha about Kane. Scared at going to the Station, Tasha
changes her statement and says she made it all up. Pia asks Alf about
the bad blood between Kane and Seb. She tells Alf about Seb reporting
Kane and he might be charged for wasting police time, as nothing was

- Nick and Seb wonder if Kane has been arrested. Kane shows up and tells
them he didn't want any trouble and then threatens them - they'll pay

afford to knock Kane back as a volunteer which he's really good at.

to hurt her. His words makes her remember the robbery and how he saved
her. They then talk, with Kane telling her he knows how it feels to

out. Nick and Seb show up and Tasha makes to run but Kane stops her.
Nick asks her if Kane hurt her. She tells him no and that she wants
to go home to Irene. She rebuffs Nick and Seb's offer to take her home

a modest Kane for helping. Tasha invites Kane to Nick's farewell party
much to Nick's dismay. Will shows up and is angered to see Kane. K258

about the money being destroyed. Scott hides when Kirsty shows up. Kane
makes an excuse to get her to leave. Scott threatens Kane. If he doesn't
help him get more money - then Kirsty will get hurt. K261
- Scott plans to rob the Diner. Scott notices Irene driving by with
Tasha who saw his last robbery. Scott tells Kane he'll have to take
care of loose ends, but Kane's warns him he won't hurt her. When they
go to the Diner, Kane is caught in the middle between Scott and Alf.

- Scott kidnaps Tasha. When Kane waves his car down, he hears noises
coming from the boot. He saves Tasha from his brother. K263
- At the DIC Kane explains to Tasha that she can't tell anyone about
Scott. He helped her now she has to help him. Kirsty walks in and is

- Kirsty is upset. After blowing her off the night before and just seeing

Flynn is more worried when Scott threatens to hurt Sally who has returned
home with Colleen. Flynn tackles Scott, and when Sally and Colleen investigate
the noise, Scott hurts Colleen when he escapes. K267
- Noah asks Kirsty how she is, she tells him she'd be better if people
let up on Kane. Noah tells her considering Kane's past she can't blame
people for being cautious. Seb appears and tries to talk to Kirsty.

- Flynn tells Noah and Alf about the attempted robbery. Noah and Flynn
wonder if Kane knew. Kirsty is angry when she overhears them. K269
- Kit finds Scott Phillips in the barn. He lies to her why he was sleeping
in her barn. He finds out she's there alone. Kit makes him a deal. If
he helps her on the farm she'll give him breakfast. After they leave,
Scott returns to rob the place. The Hunters return to the farmhouse

- Jesse is angry at Kane, blaming him for helping his brother with Flynn.
Kane denies helping him. They argue and Kane tells him he doesn't care
what Jesse thinks as he's only here for Kirsty. K271
- Jesse talks to Hayley and Irene about Kane. Hayley tells him he doesn't
owe Kane anything, while Irene reminds them they've been wrong about
Kane before and not everything is how it looks. Jesse is not sure he

- Dani tells how Kane attacked her and that she can't accept Kane and

the only dry place they can meet is there. Kane tells Kirsty how people
treat him in the Bay. Kirsty tells him about Dani. Kane wants them to
leave the Bay. Dani again is telling the story. She says that Kane will
hurt Kirsty and they won't last. K275
- Kirsty tells Kane if she leaves her family won't take her back. Kane
tells her it'll be different this time as they're older and stronger
and she won't have to go back. Kirsty thinks they should try and make
it work in the Bay. Kane tells her he doesn't think it can there. Kirsty
finally agrees and they plan to leave the next day. The janitor catches
them and they leave. Kirsty returns home and offers to make a meal.

- Kirsty has a large backpack which she says is full of books. She then
tells Rhys that all she wants is to make him proud. Unknown to them
Kirsty says her final goodbye, and her behaviour arouses Dani's suspicions

- The Janitor asks Kirsty why she's clearing out her locker, she admits
she's leaving. Seb overhears her. He then confronts Kane in the Diner
and they almost fight until Alf intervenes. Seb goes to the Caravan
Park and tells Rhys that Kirsty's leaving. Scott tells Rhys that he'll
find them as Rhys is too angry, and Dani goes with him. Dani tells Hayley
that this moment is one that changes her life and trying to stop Kirsty
from leaving would mean she's lose her for good. K278
- Kirsty meets Kane. He asks her if she's sure about leaving, she says
yes. Scott and Dani show up and block them in. Scott drags Kane out
of the car. An emotional Kirsty tells Dani she has to do this, and she's
doing it for her. When Scott hits Kane, Kirsty goes to him. Kane angrily
tells an upset Dani she's to blame for this. K279
- Flynn examines Kane at the hospital. Kirsty is angry at Scott for
hitting him. Flynn tells Kane that Dani might move on, but she'll never

- Hayley wants Jesse to fire Kane. He tells her the only difference
between him and Kane is that people helped him. He then agrees to fire
Kane for Dani's sake. Kane isn't pleased with the news and thinks Dani

- Kane isn't leaving the Gym quickly. Kirsty comes to him upset that
Dani told her Kane's only with her to get back at her. K285
- Dani rants to Scott about Kirsty and Kane. Scott tries to calm her
down when she talks about killing Kane. He tells her she's out of control
and needs help. Dani angrily tells him to get out. Kirsty is on the

gets out to look. She sees blood on her headlight but doesn't see anyone.
When a truck comes towards her she drives away without looking back.

- Noah finds Kane. At the hospital Noah tells Flynn it looks like Kane
was hit by a truck. Kirsty is disappointed when Dani tells her she's

- Flynn tells Noah about Kane's injuries. He's then needed in Kane's
room. At the match Kirsty is distracted while looking out for Kane. K290
- Flynn tells a nurse they can't wait for a surgeon as they might lose
Kane if he doesn't get to theatre. Noah tries to get Alf to take Kirsty
out of the game. Kirsty scores a goal at the match. Her joy is short
lived when Noah tells her about Kane. Rhys tells Dani about Kane, and

- Kirsty begs Flynn to tell her what's happening with Kane. He tells
her that Kane's critical. Jesse and Hayley talk about Kane's accident.
Hayley realises that Dani might have done it. Kirsty is in tears that

she won't let anyone keep them apart. Kane asks her even after what

Kane telling him she misses him. Dani tells Kirsty about her sessions
with a psychiatrist, Kirsty offers to come with her. Dani is then angered
when Kirsty tells her that Kane is coming back, and the real reason
why she came home - Kane told her to. A guy sexually harasses Kirsty,
and Dani attacks him screaming for Kane to stop. Dani feels
more empowered that she didn't freeze like she did with Kane. Kirsty
goes to tell a sleeping Jade she now knows how Dani felt with Kane. K318
- Jade blames Kirsty for Seb running away. Kirsty defends herself, tired
for being blamed for everything. She is then shocked when Jade tells
her she's poison and that she should never have returned to the Bay. K319
- Dani tells Rhys that she won't oppose Morag being the judge at the
trail. When Kirsty arrives both Dani and Jade avoid her. Kirsty asks
Rhys if she's really that horrible. Rhys tells she has to see it from
their side and that the family might feel used. K320
- Dani tells Rhys she's determined that in court she will not play the
victim as it means Kane wins. Kirsty has her bags packed. She tells
her family that she's moving into a caravan so that she can give them
space. She is hurt when Rhys thinks it's a good idea. K321

up at the Kiosk, Rhys avoids her. She talks to Max about it, and he
invites her to the family dinner. When reluctant to come, Rhys tells

- Beth tells Max that Jade won't make it for dinner. When Kirsty arrives
at the house with a cake that is her sisters favourite, Max is delighted
and Beth tells her there's no need to knock as it's her house. She's
gets a cold reception from Dani. Kirsty thinks she should leave, Max
tells her to stay. Kirsty and Rhys attempt to be relaxed. K323
- At dinner, Rhys tells the family that Shelley is returning to the
Bay the next day, and that her boyfriend, David, will be Dani's new
lawyer. Dani isn't happy about this, and even more upset when it's made
known that she was crying at the time of the accident. She lets slip
she kissed her professor. Kirsty begins to feel blamed for why Dani
ran down Kane. Rhys tells Kirsty that during the trail she can't see
Kane. Kirsty refuses and Rhys tells her to go be with Kane and not her
family. When Kirsty runs out, Dani follows and tells her she's never
been ashamed of her. Kirsty tells her about Kane, but that while she's
there for Kane she's also there for her. K324
- Rhys tells Beth he hates having choose between his kids. He's angry
that Kirsty has chosen Kane over her family. Beth tells him Kirsty's
in love and that she did the same thing with Jack. She tells him to
hang in there just like her parents did. K325

Kirsty admits to her that she now knows how Dani felt with Kane after
the guy at the party. She then tells her she can't turn her back on

to Morag about Dani. Alf tries to tell Morag that if Dani wanted Kane

she okay. When Seb tells her that he knows he has to get over that he
can't make either her or Jade love him, Kirsty gets upset and leaves.
Josh sees her at the beach. He then makes her an offer to tell her side

- Jade visits Kirsty in the caravan to talk about Toby. Jade compares
herself and Toby to Kane and Kirsty, but Kirsty tells her that she and
Kane should never have been apart whereas Jade hardly knows Toby. Jade
then tells her that she wishes that she didn't have to live in the caravan. K329
- Kirsty is putting more of her stuff up in the caravan. When she hears
someone behind her she assumes it's Jade - but instead it's Kane using
a walking stick. They admit they missed each other, and then kiss. K330
- Kirsty asks Kane if he's in pain. She then asks if he came home because
of her text messages. He tells her he's back and that she's the best
medicine for him. They then begin to kiss passionately, but are interrupted
by Colleen. When a disgusted Colleen leaves, Kirsty knows that she's
going off to tell Rhys. Kane tells her not to worry since Rhys practically
kicked her out anyway. He tells her he's her family now. K331
- While unpacking Kane's things in the caravan, Kane vents that he doesn't
care what Rhys thinks after how he's treated Kirsty. He then convinces
her they should tell Rhys. Kane then confronts Rhys about his treatment
of Kirsty. In the caravan Kirsty tells Kane she doesn't like to see
him and Rhys argue. She then asks him if he could tell the police it
was an accident with Dani. He tells her he can't and he won't be walking

- Shelley and Kirsty talk about Kirsty's situation. Shelley offers to
book her a room at the hotel. Kirsty refuses because it doesn't include

- Kirsty wants to go out, as she's sick of the caravan, but Kane is
reluctant. When Kirsty is determined to leave even without him, Kane

- Kane and Kirsty go to the Diner. They run into Morag, and have a run-in
with Colleen. Kirsty tells Kane about Josh's offer of printing her story.
While trying to be at ease at first Kirsty is upset when kids from the
school stare and gossip, and Kane argues with Colleen. Back at the caravan
they argue about what happened, ending with Kane sleeping in the spare

Kane tells her about another town he's been to and they should move
there. Kirsty admits to him that if Dani goes to prison then she can't

will be saying bad things about Dani. She finally agrees to go when

- The trial begins. Morag tells the jury that they must base their judgment
on the evidence to whether Dani is guilty or not. K342
- The Prosecution and Defense makes their opening statements. Overwhelmed,
Shelley rushes out of the courtroom and Rhys follows. When Kirsty attempts
to talk to her mother, Rhys stops her. He then tells Shelley she has
to go back in court and be strong for Dani. K343
- Kane is cross-examined. Morag throws Colleen out of court for objecting.
When asked if Dani saw him, Kane looks at Dani and then Kirsty before
he reluctantly answers yes. He is then cross-examined by David, Dani's
lawyer. When the subject of the attack is brought up, Kane loses his
temper when David suggests that Kane is using Kirsty to get back at

- Kane is angry about the trial and is more upset when Kirsty sticks
up for Dani. Kane storms out, and Kirsty tells Rhys she's sorry. K345
- Jesse tells Kane that he and Kirsty will only work as long as Kane
stops "the world against us" routine. Colleen and Kane argue
again about Dani, and Alf tells Kane to leave the Diner. K346
- Kane apologises to Kirsty when he enters the caravan only to find
her not there. In anger he smashes plates at the sink. K347
- Josh gives his testimony at the trial which makes Dani look bad. Flynn
is then asked for his opinion on Dani's state of mind. Noah then has
to admit that Dani said she wanted Kane dead. K348
- Dani takes the stand. David gets her to tell her events of that night.
When Kane's lawyer cross-examines her he gives her a hard time and Kane
yells at him to stop. Dani begins arguing with Kane in court and the
Prosecution finally gets her to admit she wanted him dead, much to the

- Kirsty tells Kane that Dani didn't mean what she said. Kane tells
her he knows she did, but he felt sorry for Dani. Kirsty tries to convince
herself that Dani won't be found guilty. Kane argues with Josh over
his treatment of Dani in court. Kirsty backs out of the article. K350
- Beth thanks Kane for what he did for Dani in court. She then tells
him and Kirsty that they have to be patient and take strength in each
other and they will finally be accepted. K351

when she blames herself again for Dani's situation, he tells her it's

then offers him a room for the night. Kirsty asks Kane why he hasn't
returned her calls. They admit they miss each other. She then tells
him that Rhys thinks they've broke up. Kane tells her she needs to set

- Sally isn't happy that Kane broke into her house. Flynn tries to talk
her into letting Kane spend the night. When Kane shows up that night,
Flynn asks him to come back as he hasn't talked Sally round yet. Next

- Kirsty doesn't want Kane to come to the dance with her. Kane follows
her into the school, and asks her if she's ashamed of him. Kirsty tells
him that if she goes to the dance with him all she'll think about is
Dani. Kane feels that now she's back with her family he doesn't matter
to her. Still believing that Kane and Kirsty have split, Alf tells Kane
that they wouldn't have worked out in the long run. K364
- Standing up for Kane, Tasha tells Kirsty that she's mean to him. Kane
is amused that Tasha is swimming fully clothed. She offers him a room
at the Beach House. Kane doesn't think Irene would like that. K365
- Kit tells Tasha that Irene won't agree to Kane staying at the Beach
House. When Tasha leaves the room, Kit tells Kane about a window that
is left open so he can sleep at the school, as she knows was it's like
having nowhere to turn. Kane breaks into the school through the window,
he spends the night in a classroom. He sleeps in late and wakes when
the school bell rings. He's shocked to find the corridors a mess. Kirsty
and the other students find him and he realises he'll be blamed for

- Kane tries to tell Sally that he didn't wreck the school. Kirsty attempts
to stop Sally from calling the police by telling her that Kane didn't
have a reason to trash the school. Irene agrees. Both Kane and Irene
realises who the true culprit is. K367
- Kirsty argues with Seb and Jade over Kane's innocence. She walks out
of the classroom as it's just about to begin. Scott and Rhys discuss
the truck driver who's came forward in Dani's case. Scott has a go at
Kane which almost results in a fight. When broke apart, Kirsty asks
Kane if he's okay. She then follows Scott and demands to know what's
going on. Scott is upset that Kirsty is still with Kane. Rhys isn't
happy that Kirsty lied to him about Kane, who then needs reassurence
from Kirsty that she knows he didn't wreck the school. K368
- Irene confronts Tasha about wrecking the school. She then tells her
she should be ashamed for letting Kane take the blame. Kirsty asks Kane
if he saw who trashed the school. Tasha tells Kane about Irene. Kane
promises he won't tell anyone she did it and that Irene will calm down.

- Irene thanks Kane for not telling the truth about Tasha. She then
tells him that he should let others see the side of him that he shows
to Kirsty and Tasha, and then offers him a room at the Beach House.
Kirsty argues with Jade again about Kane, and then tells her that Kane
is moving into Irene's. Jade asks her if she's moving in with him. Rhys
is upset with Irene for giving Kane a home. K370

When he enters his room he's shocked to find Tasha on his bed, who is
missing Kit. Kane advices her is wrong to lie on a guy's bed. Irene
tells Tasha that's Kane is right, but Kane overhears and thinks Irene

- Irene sets Kane straight about the night before. If she didn't trust
him with Tasha he wouldn't be living there. He needs to stop taking
things the wrong way. Kane tells Irene about asking for Rhys's permission.
